The shop LN-CC - one of our favorite ever, with an exquisite selection of garments from the best fashion designers such as Haider Ackermann, Lanvin, Jacquemus, Jil Sander, Yang Li, Dries Van Noten, Junya Watanabe, etc. - presents a Damir Doma archive sale spanning the designer's entire career, starting with his second collection all the way to AW12.
The archive consists of 50 key, mostly runway and editorial pieces, including a striped grey cardigan with belt detail from SS09 - undeniably, a pioneering example of Damir Doma's earlier work. Other notable pieces are a selection of grey and blue tie-die, which form part of one of his earliest shows and earned a special place during his entrance to the world.
"The LN-CC buying team has been following and working with Damir Doma as a brand from inception for around 6 years.
We realised from an early point of Doma's career that his collections were undoubtedly going to be a key brand in the fashion landscape for years to come. His strong designs and unique colourways subsequently made us ensue his debut work with conviction. Some 6 years later we are seeing some of the most progressive presentations, product and styling across a broad range of current menswear offerings. These bold demonstrations make this a good time to reflect on some of the highlights through a comprehensive archive of what we consider to be some of the most iconic pieces Damir has produced to date."
