Digi-prints, python prints, tie-dye prints, art-deco print, hand-painted prints, hyper real photo-prints, etc. Who said prints were over? We did! We thought next seasons would all be about plain looks and immaculate vibes. We were wrong. We went to London Fashion Week and took a powerful shoot of print mixing and fabric juxtaposing. And it felt so good.
The designers of the UK have always proven creativity knows no boundaries ; London Fashion Week is about fun and extravaganza. This season though it seems this artful spirit has reached a new level. "Grown-up" was on the lips of all the fashion critics and experts. Does it mean that British fashion is now boring? Not at all. It simply means the collections are stronger and more polished than before. Names like Mary Katrantzou, Louise Gray, Christopher Kane are beautifully embodying the new wave of grown-up British designers.
